Subject: Great Time at Branson Reunion

My wife Susan and I had a wonderful time at the 10th Combat Engineer Battalion reunion in Branson this past weekend. Many thanks to Pam Brown for her superb work in organizing our reunion again this time (as well she did in 2005), and to Jodie Goggin for patiently shepherding our sometimes fractured group from one entertaining event to the next, all with untiring spirit and a great sense of humor. Thanks a million Pam and Jodie....looking forward to our next Branson reunion in 2012. D. Jannarone

Subject: Galena Kansas High School Class of 1960 Reunion

On behalf of the Galena Kansas High School Class of 1960 I want to thank you and your staff for providing us with a truly memorable 50th class reunion experience. The hotel was excellent, the service was excellent, the hospitality room and decorations were excellent, the food was excellent, the hosts were excellent, the transportation was excellent, and the shows were excellent. I think that earns Gatherings Plus an A+ rating in our book. We will certainly pass along our recommendation to contact Gatherings Plus to other high school classes and groups in this area that are planning reunion celebrations. With sincere appreciation, Michael D. Shaw

This is our second reunion with Pam Brown and Gatherings Plus, and we have already made our bookings for another. Pam is the consumate professional, and makes ALL of the details easy. We would recommend her for ANY type of reunion -- military, family or business.
Thanks again, Pam, for a job Well Done. See you soon.

Everyone complimented me on the reunion. They all said the hotel and food were great. They were also amazed at the quality of the entertainment. Jodie was such a love, she must be your goodwill ambassador. We all enjoyed you Mom, too. She is such a lovely lady. It's difficult to pick one show as a favorite. They really enjoyed Jim Stafford and the Showboat. The hotel service at Lodge of the Ozarks was excellent. You did a great job even if you had to deal with the "Branson Shuffle." I would highly recommend Gatherings Plus for any reunion. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. You "done good"....Semper-Fi, Rene

Subject: B Battery Branson 2010 Reunion

In May 2008, our military reunion group voted to conduct our seventh reunion in Branson, MO, in May 2010. This time we opted to use a military planner due to the inordinate number of activities in Branson. Fortunately we selected Pam Brown, Gatherings Plus, and she put together a great package and plan over a four-day period, including tours and shows, culminating in a banquet the last night prior to our Saturday departure. Pam took a huge load off the reunion committee. All of us (attendees) were kept well informed prior to and during the reunion. She and her staff were responsive to our questions, monitored our activities, but were never obtrusive. Additionally, our group was provided a website, which kept us updated on events, Branson attractions, and a listing of reunion attendees which was updated frequently. Pam always returned telephone calls quickly. The Branson reunion exceeded our expectations. I would unhesitatingly recommend Pam Brown, Gathering Plus in the strongest possible terms to any group coming to Branson for a reunion, albeit military, family or civilian. Her staff, their attention to detail, and professionalism make her The Consummate Professional. I challenge anyone to do a better job than Pam Brown when it comes to a reunion.

Ditto to what Tom Frederick said.
Our reunion could not have been so successful in such a short time (6 months) if it weren't for Gatherings Plus. And also thanks to all that attended on this first reunion.

Branson is SUCH a patriotic and veteran friendly town.
The Clay Cooper show was the highlight of that expression towards veterans. It is a MUST SEE show. It's main focus is country & western, but it is much more than that, and it makes it all fun.

My daughter and I attended the reunion for USS Hoel in October. We had a great time. We both agreed that Gatherings Plus did a fine job in making our visit a real success. I would highly recommend Gatherings Plus to anyone thinking about any sort of reunion or gathering. Good Job.

Many thanks to Pam and her crew for providing our group with our tours and transportation during our 58th reunion in Branson. We've dealt with many tour companys over the past 58 years and Gatherings Plus is by far the most efficient, courteous and reasonably priced. Thanks & job WELL DONE !!

We had our very first reunion for our ship, and it couldn't have been better. We planned this in 6 short months and Pam and her crew did a remarkable job. I have tried to ask most of my 80 plus reunion veterans and their wives, and didn't hear anything negative. Everyone was so happy to get together, and Gatherings plus and the Barrington Hotel did everything we expected. I would use her again; in fact, we already discussed her assistance with our second reunion that will be held in Jacksonville, Florida. And Branson is probably one of, if not the best towns to have a reunion in. Thanks to everyone that had a hand in this GREAT JOB. THANKS.

Pam Brown and her organization organized a super reunion for our group. Everything ran smooth as silk and it was enjoyed by everyone. Her choices of shows and events was right on the mark. We are discussing using her company to do our reunion in Seattle, WA in 2011. Branson was an excellent place for our group to hold a reunion. In the vernacular of the Navy BRAVO ZULU (well done!).

Pam, my sincere thanks to you and Gatherings Plus for all you did to produce an outstanding reunion for our 220 attendees. Everyone was very impressed with our hotel, The Lodge of the Ozarks, the shows we attended and our banquet. We hope to use Gatherings Plus for our future reunions at other locations as well as a return to Branson.

Pam and your group:

What a reunion!!! Settling in afterwards we have received emails and thank you cards that say that this was the most fun reunion we have had in our past 5....it was the first one Deanna and I have been able to relax and enjoy and visit with shipmates because you had already done or were doing those little tasks that take so much time and attention. We can tell you that we received "0" complaints throughout the entire reunion (with exception of our resident complainer) and is not happy unless complaining.

The shows were great - think you all did an outstanding job of choosing the ones that our folks would like...but our highlight was the hospitality suite which was busier this reunion that at any past ones....it worked out perfect.

But our main thank you is making us the "winner"...thanks for going to bat for us.

VP-48 would strongly recommend to anyone that they use Gathering's Plus for their next reunion. This was our first experience using a Reunion Planner....and now we will not have another reunion without using Gatherings Plus.

Subject: 504th Bomb Group Reunion

It was a blast from the past for the 504th and they know all about blasts. These B-29 pilots and crew members played a key role in dropping the Atomic Bomb and ending the War in 1945. This being their 21rst reunion and definitely one of the best. Thanks to Pam Brown and her Gatherings Plus associates their Branson reunion was a fun full four days of shows, tours, banquets and memorials that were enjoyed by all.
Our thanks go out to Pam, Jodie, Norma and Bonnie at the Grand Plaza for making us welcome, comfortable and highly entertained in Branson. I would highly recommend them to any group wanting to enjoy the scenery and shows in the Ozarks of Missouri.
Sincerely, Jim Connally
President, 504th BG
